A common misconception when purchasing a new construction home is that you don’t need an agent. Remember that even the friendliest of sales consultants still work primarily for the builder - not you - and have the builder’s interest in mind. We take pride in partnering with builders and new-home sales consultants across Tampa Bay, but ultimately we work for and represent YOU. We keep up-to-date with new build communities and know what incentives builders offer, and love being able to negotiate on behalf of our buyers (yes, despite what you’ve heard, new construction pricing is negotiable with an experienced agent by your side!) 

What we offer buyers who choose to buy new is objective professional advice and insight during all phases of the process, from contract to closing. We become your exclusive advocates and help you understand your contract and obligations, including when to schedule construction inspections. 

And again, a buyer’s agent costs you nothing as the builder has allocated a sales commission to be paid to a buyer’s agent. By not using an agent, it doesn’t get you a better “deal.” Often, this allocated commission is simply given to the sales consultant or pocketed by the builder.
